Essential Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients efficiently:
The evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high-quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
Develop treatment plans, have good communication with surgeons, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
Confident in treating diagnoses include, but are not limited to, tendon injuries, post-operative and non-op fractures, nerve injuries /repairs /decompressions, joint replacements, and various orthopedic conditions of the entire upper extremity.
Maintain confidentially in accordance with HIPPA regulations.
Experience in upper extremity rehabilitation & Hand Therapy with Splinting Fabrication experience required.
Education:
Must be graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
Required Licensure:
NBCOT Certification required,
California Occupational Therapy License required. CPR Certified required.
Employee will be rotating among facilities in Irvine, Santa Ana, and Anaheim.
Travelling among facilities are not required same day – The employee will attend facilities on regular daily schedules for each facility.
CA Occupational Therapy License, PAM, HTC.
CA Physical Therapy License
